At HBH Professional, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as efficiently as possible. Please review the information below, as shipping timelines and processes differ between hair products and hair extensions.


Shipping Overview

All orders require processing time before shipment. Processing time is separate from shipping time and should be considered when estimating delivery.

Delivery timelines begin after your order has shipped, not at the time of purchase.

Returns, exchanges, and order eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy


Hair Products Shipping

Processing Time

Hair products are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after your order is placed.

Once processing is complete, orders are shipped within 1 to 2 additional business days, depending on order volume and availability.


Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s delivery schedule. Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Processing time and shipping time are separate. Your total delivery time is the processing time plus the shipping time selected at checkout.


Hair Extensions Shipping

Bundles and Closures Only

Hair extension orders are subject to our Refund Policy, including final sale terms and defect reporting requirements.

Processing and Fulfillment

Hair extensions are prepared, paid for, and shipped internationally once your order is placed.

Because hair extensions are fulfilled internationally, processing times may vary. Orders typically begin fulfillment immediately after purchase and cannot be modified once submitted.


International Shipping and Customs

Hair extension shipments may be subject to customs processing, inspections, or delays that are beyond our control.

HBH Professional is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, international carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Estimated delivery timelines for hair extensions are not guaranteed.


Shipping Delays

While we work diligently to ship orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to factors such as:

• Carrier delays

• Weather conditions

• Customs processing for international shipments

• High order volume

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, or order cancellations once an order has shipped.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

HBH Professional is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned to us due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment confirmation.


Lost or Stolen Packages

HBH Professional is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
