HBH Professional offers both hair care products and hair extensions. Because these are two different product categories, they follow separate refund and order policies . Please review the section that applies to your purchase before placing your order.

30 Day Return Policy
Hair products, excluding hair extensions, are eligible for return consideration within 30 days of delivery.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange, store credit, or to report any delivery issues.
Eligibility for a return is determined on a case by case basis and approval is not guaranteed.
To initiate a return request, you must email zuri@hbhpro.com to start the process.
Return Eligibility Requirements
If your return request is approved, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
• Unworn and unused
• In the same condition as received
• Original tags attached
• Returned in original packaging
• Receipt or proof of purchase required
Approved returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only . Shipping costs are non refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Hair Products
If your hair product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

The Back Bar Professional Access Policy
Back Bar Products, Licensed Stylists Only
HBH Professional Back Bar products are reserved exclusively for licensed stylists who have been approved for our Back Bar program. Back Bar pricing and sizing are intended for professional salon use and approved professional accounts only.
Unauthorized Back Bar Orders
Orders placed for Back Bar products by customers who are not licensed stylists or who have not been approved for Back Bar access are considered unauthorized.
If a Back Bar order is placed without proper approval, HBH Professional reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to take one or more of the following actions:
• Cancel the order in full and issue a refund
• Edit the order to remove Back Bar items
• Convert the order to available retail sizing and pricing, if applicable
This policy applies even if the website, product page, or system temporarily displayed Back Bar products or pricing at the time the order was placed.
Approval for Back Bar access must be granted prior to purchase. Placing an order does not constitute approval, eligibility, or acceptance into the Back Bar program.
No Guarantee of Fulfillment
Back Bar orders submitted without approval are not guaranteed to be fulfilled. HBH Professional is not obligated to honor Back Bar pricing, sizing, access, or availability for unauthorized purchases.

All hair extensions are final sale.
This policy applies to bundles and closures only.
Hair extensions are prepared, paid for, and shipped internationally once your order is placed. Due to this fulfillment process and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit for hair extensions under any circumstances.
