What does foundational hair care mean?
Foundational hair care is the care your hair needs before styling. It includes cleansing, conditioning, moisture, scalp care, strengthening and protection so your hair is better prepared for heat, manipulation, tension and styling products.
Does HBH Professional replace my styling products?
No. HBH Professional is designed to help you care for and prepare your hair first. Once your foundation is cared for, use the styling products you prefer to create your desired look.
Which HBH Professional products should I start with?
Start with the foundational steps your hair needs most. For many routines, that means cleansing, conditioning and moisture. HBH Professional Systems make it easier to build those steps together, then you can add scalp care, strengthening and protection based on your hair’s needs.
Is HBH Professional only for one curl pattern?
No. HBH Professional focuses on the condition and needs of the hair and scalp rather than defining care by curl pattern alone.

Do you offer professional sizes?
Yes. HBH Professional offers Back Bar sizes for licensed hair professionals. Professional access requires verification before Back Bar products can be purchased.
How do I apply for HBH Professional Back Bar access?
Use the Licensed Stylist Access link in the footer to complete the professional application. Once your information is reviewed and verified, eligible professionals can receive access to HBH Professional Back Bar sizes.
Do you sell hair extensions?
Yes. HBH Professional offers hair extensions in addition to foundational hair care. Extensions are a styling option and are separate from the care products used to cleanse, condition, moisturize, strengthen and protect your natural hair.

When will my order ship?
Processing and shipping details are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation. Please review the current Shipping & Returns information on the website for the most up to date policies and timing.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, tracking information is sent using the contact information provided with your order. Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation to follow your package.
What if my tracking says delivered but I do not have my package?
First check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors, then contact the carrier using your tracking information. If you still need help, contact HBH Professional with your order number so we can review the situation with you.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Return and exchange eligibility is based on the current HBH Professional Shipping & Returns policy. Please review that policy before sending anything back, and contact HBH Professional if you have a question about your specific order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact HBH Professional as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the product and shipping package. This helps us review what happened and determine the appropriate next step.
What if I received the wrong item or something is missing?
Contact HBH Professional with your order number and a description of the issue. If possible, include a photo of the items and packaging you received so we can review your order accurately.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
Contact HBH Professional as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or shipping, but we will review the request if the order has not progressed too far.
