Hair care orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days. After processing, orders generally ship within 1 to 2 additional business days depending on order volume and product availability.

Delivery time after shipment depends on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed, and delays caused by carriers, weather, customs or high order volume do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund once it has shipped.

You’ll receive tracking by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

02 • RETURNS

Know before you send it back.

Eligible hair care items and other items that are not extensions may be considered for return within 30 days of delivery. Approval is handled case by case. Approved returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only, and shipping charges are not refundable.

Please contact HBH before sending any item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Hair extensions, including bundles and closures, are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds or store credit except when an item is defective or incorrect and reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Something not right?

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If a hair care item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact HBH within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, and a brief description so the claim can be reviewed.
