After you fill out the form, please create an account so that we can give you immediate access upon approval. We will not be able to give you access to The Back Bar if an account is not created!
We will need the account created prior to giving you access to The Back Bar Pricing!
Step 1: In the menu (on mobile it is the three horizontal lines on the top left side of the screen. On desktop, it is the person icon on the top right.), click on the three horizontal lines or the person icon.
Step 2: Click 'Create Account'.
Step 3: Enter your first and last name, email, and create a password.
Once the application is approved, you will receive an email from us confirming access. If you do not receive an email within 48 business hours, please reach back out to us at zuri@hbhprofessional.com!
